Do I have to preorder?
You have two options when it comes to purchasing a box from NYB—you can text or call us on the 1st day of every month to see what is available, or you can secure your order by preordering during the previous month. So no, preordering is not a necessity, but we sell out very quickly if you choose to press your luck!
When do I pick up?
If you requested delivery, then just sit tight! Otherwise, pickup day is the 1st of every month. You can come by any time during the day. Text us when you arrive!
How many flavors are there?
Every month, we drop a selection of 6 flavors… except in February, for the holiday of Purim, when you can preorder any of our 18 signature flavors. Watch for our limited drops—every now and then, we’ll release an all-new pack of flavors, available once and never again.
Where is NYB located?
We have locations in Chicago and Boston. Exact pickup details will be shared at checkout. You also can select door-to-door delivery at checkout.
Is NYB kosher?
We use dairy in our dough and some fillings, but we do not use Chalav Yisrael. We do not have a hechsher, and a mashgiach is not present. For more information regarding our kashruth policies, feel free to contact us.
Any allergens?
Our dough contains common allergens including dairy, wheat, and eggs. Some of the fillings contain soy, corn, or nuts, including peanuts. While each filling is described on the order form, any hamantaschen may contain traces of these allergens, as they are produced in the same facility and may share baking trays. For specifics, feel free to contact us.
