Some guy tried to kill us. We made dessert in his honor.

Some guy tried to kill us. We made dessert in his honor.
2,300 years ago, Haman the Agagite tried to wipe out the Jewish people and failed spectacularly. His intended victims lived to name the most savage pastry after him:
[ha•man•ta•schen], pl. n.
"hummen-toshen" • (lit. Haman’s pockets)
- shortbread-dough, triangle-shaped f***-yous stuffed with sweet revenge and centuries of flavor drama
NYB levels up the classics with the world's widest assortment of gourmet flavors—from sugar-studded lemon lavender to s'mores—and donates a portion of each flavor's proceeds to a different good cause to keep passing it forward.
We don’t just celebrate survival. We sugarcoat it.

Meet the Hamantaschen
Meet the fruity, the nutty, and the completely unhinged—a flavor for every alter ego.
There are 18 flavors in our signature lineup—a different 6 are available each month.
In February, for the holiday of Purim, you can preorder any of the 18!
Nº1
Raspberry
Red raspberries cooked down to craveable sweetness. An old-world filling giving main character energy.
Nº2
Prune
Sticky-sweet stone-fruit with a hint of cinnamon. She’s not here for your jokes. She’s glam. She's misunderstood. And she’s f****** delicious.
Nº3
Poppy
She walked straight out of a synagogue in 1904 and into your feed with that nutty, glossy poppyseed paste that says, “I was here before your trendy matcha-glazed nonsense, and I’ll be here after.”
Nº4
Lemon Lavender
Bright lemon curd from freshly juiced lemons and sweet cream butter, steeped with a fragrant bouquet of hand-crushed lavender. All packed into a tender shortbread crust rolled in a glittering shell of white sugar. So elegant she's probably judging you back.
Nº5
Nutty Bubbe
(NEXT-LEVEL APRICOT)
All the goodness of a rugelach in a hamantasch—sweet and salty candied walnuts, red wine-soaked raisins, and a generous helping of cinnamon sugar, all folded into luscious apricot preserves. Sweet, classic, and unpredicatable—just like your grandma on vacation.
Nº6
Apple Pie
Granny Smiths simmered slowly with our golden dulce de leche and a hint of clove. Giving orchard girl in a leather jacket. Sweet, but not a pushover. Tart, but not rude.
Nº7
Cherry
The juiciest tart red cherries and a hint of tarragon, swaddled in buttery dough and bedazzled in rock sugar crystals. Dresses like Old Hollywood but drops hints she might own a motorcycle.
Nº8
Cappuccino Pecan
Pecan pie gunning for a promotion. Gooey brown sugar and toasted pecans wired on a triple-shot of espresso, finished with a playful dusting of powdered sugar.
Nº9
Peach Cobbler
Sun-soaked peaches flown in from wherever peaches are in season. Finished with a touch of warm nutmeg and a buttery golden crumble. Summer in a bite. Even in the winter.
Nº10
Salted Caramel
She’s salty. She’s sweet. Luscious, slow-cooked dulce de leche balanced with flakes of Cyprus sea salt. You’ll be thinking about her for months.
Nº11
Strawberry Cheesecake
Oven-roasted strawberries layered beneath a loaded swirl of sweet, tangy cheesecake. Real vanilla beans, obviously. Romantic, reckless, and ready to ghost you after dessert.
Nº12
Strawberry Pistachio
Real strawberries slow-roasted to syrupy perfection with cardamom, rosewater, and crushed pistachio. Dramatic. Crunchy outside, soft inside. Probably listening to Lana Del Rey.
Nº13
Pumpkin Chai
This isn’t pumpkin spice. This is pumpkin power. Cinnamon, ginger, green cardamom, and black pepper complement silky pumpkin purée in a twist on a classic.
Nº14
Bananas Foster
Costa Rican bananas caramelized with brown sugar and flambéed with a splash of dark rum. Topped with a brûléed slice of ripe banana. Boozy and jazzy. Eat responsibly (or don’t).
Nº15
Orange Blossom
Fresh oranges reduced with aromatic orange blossom essence and star anise comprise the most insane marmalade you’ve ever tried. If she had a playlist, it would just be three hours of Joni Mitchell.
Nº16
Wildberry
Blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries simmered low and slow, infused at the last minute with pure clover honey and real vanilla. The kind of dessert that doesn’t shout to be noticed because she knows exactly who she is.
Nº17
Mexican Hot Chocolate
Semisweet chocolate fudge infused with our churro spice blend and imported dried Mexican chilies for a slow-burning warmth that lingers. It’s hot cocoa’s wicked older sibling with better taste in shoes.
Nº18
S'mores
It’s summer camp. Graham cracker crumbling everywhere, gooey marshmallow and chocolate fudge all over your fingers (infused with real campfire smoke). You’re six again. Life is good.
